B.R.U.H (Black Residents in University Housing)

BRUH Symbol

B.R.U.H is a student-led, student-run organization within Residential Life that provides a fun and engaging space for residents who identify with this group by origin as well as for residents-allies who want to gain a deeper understanding of the Black community. We strive to foster the development of awareness and knowledge from the Afro-Centric viewpoint, creating personal growth through discussions of educational, social, and community-based experiences. B.R.U.H. aims to create a community of appreciation and understanding, bringing together peers and allies alike. In retrospect to what leaders have done in the past, we want to focus our attention to what young Black leaders are doing today locally, nationally, and globally. Through B.R.U.H., we hope to ignite leadership skills in our members in order to empower the Black community.

EGAY (Everything Great About You)

This student organization works to educate the residential community about Queer culture and community. This is achieved through numerous educational programs, active discussions, and by providing a space for camaraderie and personal development.
