How to Participate in the Vendor Program
SAE (Student Activities and Events) welcomes registered student organizations and vendors to participate in the Vendor Program.
Please see the appropriate section below (one for registered student organizations and one for vendors) to learn out to participate in the Vendor Program.
For Registered Student Organizations That Want to Sponsor a Vendor
The form to complete to indicate interest in participating in the Vendor Program is available in all student organization portals in OrgSync in the Forms module. Detailed instructions for how to access this form are below.
Step 1: Log in to OrgSync
Step 2: Go to My Orgs (at the top of the screen) and select the appropriate organization
Step 3: Click on Forms (it will be on the left side of the screen)
Step 4: Search for the Student Organization Vendor Program Interest Form
Step 5: Click on the title of the form (Student Organization Vendor Program Interest Form)
Step 6: Read the information about the Vendor Program
Step 7: Click FILL OUT (on the top of the screen on the right side)
Step 8: Complete all required fields and click FINISH at the bottom of the form.
For Vendors That Want to Come to Campus
Please complete the form below and a SAE staff person will be in contact with you within 5 business days to provide additional information.
