First, don't panic!
Popular
freshmen classes like the ones you are adding are bound to have
some closures. Expect it. But you have prepared your Registration
Organizer with many choices for each class you want, especially
in General Education.
Therefore, consult your organizer and press 2 for the next section of the class that was full. In this case,
look in your 3rd row under the same class and press the 5-digit
number for that time block.

Do this until the voice tells you have added one of your alternate
choices. Be sure to cross out all other classes on your organizer which
meet at that time.
2 other tips:
Press 6 to search for an open section. Touch tone will then tell you
up to 6 classes which are open.
Press 9 to add your name to a waiting list. Use this option as a last
resort! It will not guarantee you into the class. You need to
attend the first class meeting to see if the instructor will add
you. You will only be allowed to add and wait list for a maximum
of 16 units.
